	Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a Regular Meeting, on December 1, 2016 in the City Council Chambers, 155 West Durian Avenue, Coalinga, CA. Persons with disabilities who may need assistance should contact the Deputy City Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at 935-1533 x113. Adoption of Resolution No. 3746 approving a Conditional Use Permit for a private school (Westbridge School) to be located at 201 Washington Street and Certification of an associated Initial Study and Negative Deceleration and further Introduce and Waive the First Reading of Ordinance No. 798 to allow public and private schools to be permitted in Mixed Use (MX) zones by conditional use permit with additional development regulations.
