Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a Regular Meeting, on December 7, 2017 in the City Council Chambers, 155 West Durian Avenue, Coalinga, CA. Persons with disabilities who may need assistance should contact the Deputy City Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at 935-1533 x113. The Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and the Agenda will be as follows:

1.Introduce and Waive First Reading of Ordinance No. 804 (1) Adopting a Retail Cannabis Operation’s Ordinance and Associated Zoning Text Changes; (2) Adoption of various amendments to Section 9-5.128 of the Coalinga Planning and Zoning Code related to Commercial Cannabis Operations in accordance with the Medicinal Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act; and (3) Consideration of a draft resolution establishing Physical and Financial Security Measures for Retail Cannabis Facilities to be adopted by Resolution, by the City Council, at their next meeting.
